Sam Raimi's manic Spaghetti Western on speed. Plenty of fun camerawork and cartoonish character acting from the likes of Tobin Bell, Kevin Conway, Lance Henriksen, and Mark Boone Junior. Gene Hackman as the villain chews the scenery to pieces. Early performances from young Russell Crowe and Leonardo DiCaprio. Unfortunately Sharon Stone is the weak wooden link. One of the thinnest stories ever, but a lot of fun. Bought at Videomatica.
